Every year we say we don’t care about birthdays. And every year it’s true.
But here we are, marking seven years around the sun.
There’s one reason for that: we take absolutely nothing for granted.
We know we’re only as good as our last project or the support and advice we gave.
So around this time of year we like to stop, pause and reflect and say thank you.
Thank you to the amazing organisations and people who hire us. We’re so lucky to work with the people we do and are inspired by their drive, persistence and impact every day.
Thank you to the brilliant network of freelancers and agencies we collaborate with. We never ever wanted to be an identikit agency approaching all problems with the same set of solutions. We want to build our clients’ capacity and power by building teams around them to complement their existing talent. This way we build self sufficiency, long term change and break the dependency on people like us. Our accountant thinks we’ve lost the plot. We think we’re doing the right thing.
And thank you to everyone who says nice things about us IRL or on the internet, comes to our events, keeps our spirits up, inspires us or shares our work.
We’re thankful to everyone and we love you all.
