OUR GOAL IS TO BE BRILLIANT TO WORK WITH.

We want to be brilliant to work with - both for our clients and the incredible network of partners, freelancers and agencies that we collaborate with.

We really do want to be known for the work we do and for the experience of working with us.

So we thought we’d share some of the principles we hold ourselves to. We know we don’t always score a 10 out of 10. But we’re trying to improve and learn.

A COMMON UNDERSTANDING OF SUCCESS: Success needs to be defined, measurable and agreed by all. Decision making will be driven by hitting our goals and nothing else.

PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER: Success will be created by the people we seek to inspire and move to action. Their motivations and needs will trump everything else.

SCALE IS CRITICAL: We want a big and sustainable impact. We’re looking to create success way beyond the individual performances of individual pieces of activity.

WE NEED FORWARD MOMENTUM: Change is hard. There will be problems and challenges at every stage. We’ll identify them, respect them and find ways to mitigate their impact.

WE’LL KEEP UP THE PACE: We do things right and we have a very high standard. But we won’t wait for perfection over progress. For clarity, this doesn’t mean we’ll tolerate average work.

WE’LL CHALLENGE (WITH CARE): We’re setting a high bar and ambition. No organisation is completely ready for change, but we won’t let this limit our collective ambition.

WE’RE DATA LED: We’ll establish the data points that enable us to think big and drive scale. We test assumptions and make decisions based on how the public reacts. When data and instinct disagree, we’ll be driven by data. Data will be our go-to method of resolving differences of opinion.

A CATALYST FOR CHANGE: Over the long term our work helps define the ‘new normal’ for how the sector engages with the public and inspires them to participate.

WE WILL INSPIRE & BE INSPIRED: We’ll inspire others and ourselves by bringing external excellence into our plans. We’ll always try to spark excitement and engagement across all organisations we work with.

OUR AMBITION IS REAL: We’re serious. We’ll set ourselves high standards. We’ll take setbacks as inevitable and move to the positive at pace.

WE’LL ACCEPT CHALLENGE: We aren’t always right. We’re able to change our view based on the facts. And we’ll adapt our course with a smile.

WE’RE A PARTNERSHIP: The core team will challenge, debate and speak openly. And have fun. This is exciting.

WE GET SHIT DONE: We’re not here for a pat on the back or an award. We’re here to create impact beyond our size.
